The Xerocole Expedition is a men’s high top hiking boot model built for off-trail desert adventure. The upper features 1.8 – 2.0mm thick, full-grain leather for extreme protection and durability. The 7.25 boot height provides ankle support for heavy loads on uneven terrains while sealing out dust and debris. A high-traction, 70% recycled rubber sole and a shock-absorbing cork footbed deliver the performance and comfort needed for the worlds harshest terrain. TENCEL interior lining and forefoot venting provides unparalleled breathability and moisture wicking. The best part? The Xerocole Expedition is Biocircular, meaning it is made only from materials with 100% proven paths back to nature, is repairable through the Erem Reboot program, and can be re-streamed into new, tough as a cactus boots over and over again.The Xerocole is designed with a roomier fit. Therefore, We recommend if you have wide or fuller feet choose your normal size. For people with a narrow or low volume foot, we recommend sizing down 1/2 size from your measured or usual size (e.g if you are normally an 11, go with a 10.5). These boots were built for some of the worlds toughest and most beautiful terrain. This allows the 18oz, woven canvas and reverse, full-grain leather upper to truly breathe. The upper is loose-lined with moisture-wicking, 100% Tencel Lyocell to regulate foot temperature and naturally prevent odor.

– The Xerocole Expedition has a 7.25″ boot height to provide the ankle support required for carrying heavy loads on uneven terrains. An increased, internal reinforcement and full length shank provide extra underfoot support and torsional rigidity to smoothly handle the gnarliest terrain.

– The Xerocole Expedition features a single-piece, rubber sole stitched to the upper to prevent delamination while enabling repairability. 1.8-2.0 mm thick reverse, full-grain leather in the upper is a robust yet flexible material that provides puncture and abrasion resistance on all critical wear-points.

– An extended boot shaft, full length gusset, and padded collar keep out trail dust and debris, preventing oder, irritation, and blisters. An integrated 3.0 mm toe bumper and full covered leather toe smooth out uneven footing. Deep 6.0 mm tread lugs ensure steady traction even in loose substrate.
