Product Condition: The Ice 1709 Sunglasses is in Fair condition. This item was previously owned for 1.5 years. All items sold as is, all warranties are void. The following observations were made regarding this item: * Have been worn. These have side panels but the right side panel would not stay on and was lost. The lenses have a couple of small fine scratches but I did not notice them while trying these on. The frame is in very good shape. They come with a snap soft hard case. Lenses are pretty clean but may need a little cleaning. * No other defects found.
